KBK crane is a lifting equipment made up of various components. KBK crane is a running-in process in the early stage of operation, and the following two problems are prone to occur:
1. Fast wear Because the surface is relatively rough, if there is no friction used, because the contact area is relatively small, the pressure on the surface is different, so that there will be some obstacles during the operation of the machine. The wear and tear are normal.
2. Poor lubrication often occurs during the use of KBK cranes, especially during the running-in period. The new machines are machines that have just been assembled, so the running-in between all parts is very small. Because of such assembly reasons, it is sometimes difficult to achieve a close cooperation relationship.
