The assembly problem of aluminum alloy gantry crane

We must understand the assembly problems of aluminum alloy gantry cranes before use, so as to ensure that the aluminum gantry cranes produced can be used better. 1. Collect and count all the parts and components needed, prepare construction materials, tools and equipment, including lifting facilities. 2. All mating parts and non-interchangeable parts should be assembled in pairs or sets according to the marks made during disassembly, repair or manufacturing, and chaotic assembly is not allowed. For important rotating parts, conduct tests as required, and allow assembly only after they are qualified. 3. The friction surface of the moving parts should be painted with suitable lubricating oil, and the oil-loading tools must be clean and covered to prevent dust. 4. When installing the locating pin, you can't force it in with an iron tool. You should push it in with your hands for about three-quarters of the time with the proper cooperation. Assembling parts should pay attention to chamfering, removing burrs and burrs. 5. In order to ensure the assembly quality, the assembly gap, interference, flexibility, meshing marks and other requirements should be adjusted, proofread and technically inspected while mounting. 6. The assembler must understand the purpose, structure and working principle of the assembled machinery. Research and be familiar with the role of parts and their interconnection methods, familiar with the assembly process and technical requirements. 7. For all parts (new parts and old parts that have been cleaned and repaired after disassembly), further cleaning and technical inspection are required to avoid rework of unqualified parts after assembly. Especially the hydraulic, pneumatic and lubricated channels should be clean. 8. In order to ensure the sealing performance, when installing various gaskets, it is allowed to apply engine oil, sealant, etc. The seal cannot be installed backwards.
