In the case of frequent starting, due to the low speed, the ventilation cooling capacity is reduced, and the current is large, the temperature rise of the motor will increase quickly, so it should be noted that the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed the upper limit specified in the manual.
2. Lubrication of walking device When using, open the breather cap of the reducer to ensure good ventilation to reduce internal pressure. Before work, check whether the height of the lubricating oil surface of the reducer meets the requirements. If it is lower than the normal oil surface, add the same type of lubricating oil in time.
3. Maintenance and maintenance of winch unit Always observe the oil window of the gearbox to check whether the lubricating oil level is within the specified range. When the oil level is lower than the specified oil level, add lubricating oil in time.
